Barrons reports that the BlackBerry Tour’s trackball problems are now starting to piss off both Sprint and Verizon:

TownHall reports that return rates on the Tour at Sprint (S) “have been climbing toward 50%.” He adds that Sprint perceives RIMM overall quality control is a huge problem.”

“Verizon is angry about this recurring trackball problem and is telling its retailers to expect strong support for the new Motorola phone,” Hallaren adds.

As of now, not much further information is available…
