Whenever something borks up, the class action lawsuits crop up – why should RIM be exempt if companies like Palm got their (deserved) share in the past?
MBB now reports the following:
US and Canadian law firms are looking into the possibility of consumer lawsuits against RIM following the three-day BlackBerry services outage last week, reports Reuters. Consumer lawyers are reportedly looking to find out about common claims against RIM that could be brought together into a single legal action.
