Seems today is the day for people who possess a (or more) BlackBerry Torch 9860 and are on AT&T. AT&T has released the official OS 7.0.0.440 for the Torch 9860.

AT&T-software-update

The software can be downloaded from https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=577BCC914F9E55D5E4E4F82F9F00E7D4&dl=8B71816E02251F79BB6453CF56AA5C49

Please remember that software update is a crucial thing. Though it is highly desirable and brings improvements to the device, a faulty update can render a phone pretty much useless. So proceed only if you know what you are doing, at your own risk.

The BlackBerry Bold 9900, Curve 9360 and Torch 9860 are all coming to AT&T. We know that, don’t we, but what we don’t know is that while the 9900 and 9860 are coming on November 6th 2011, the Curve 9360 is coming on November 20th on the AT&T network.

According to Engadget,

With two-year commitments, the Bold 9900 will wind up costing $200, the Torch 9860 can be yours for $100 and the Curve 9360 will be a mere $30. The Torch appears to be destined only for virtual shelves right now, though we’re not certain if it’ll be making a physical appearance in retail stores any time soon.

Nothing much to add here.
